| We hired John and Ed Johnston to sell our home during a challenging time. We needed to find a buyer in a short time, and appropriately pricing the property was difficult due to a rapidly falling market. John and Ed devised a pricing and marketing strategy based on empirical market data, as well as their gut feelings based upon years of experience in the area. They ramped up an excellent marketing campaign in about 5 days, and drove a huge number of potential buyers to the house within the first two weeks. This led to multiple offers, and a smooth closing within our designated time frame. Their strategy worked out perfectly for us, we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
